At Hackeriet, Oslo hackerspace, we started a women's group to encourage women to get involved with the hackerspace. We have regular women-only meetings and workshops, and have a focus on knowledge sharing and support. We would like to present our approach, what did and didn't work for us and have an open discussion about what worked for other groups and get input how we can improve.
